Inspired by basque gastronomy

In the Basque Country, and more specifically in San Sebastian, cuisine is almost a religion in which chefs use all their creativity to delight the thousands of tourists who visit each year.

Legazpi Doce pays tribute to these culinary artists by taking inspiration from them in its decoration. From the Belle Epoque, with Sishito highly featured, and the most avant-garde chefs, not to mention the architects of the New Basque cuisine and the traditional cuisine of Nicolasa Pradera.
