Legazpi Doce pays tribute to these culinary artists by taking inspiration from them in its decoration. From the Belle Epoque, with Sishito highly featured, and the most avant-garde chefs, not to mention the architects of the New Basque cuisine and the traditional cuisine of Nicolasa Pradera.
